You will drive acquisition, brand, and revenue growth while building a world-class team of 50+ marketers. Role impact
You will own how the platform grows across 15 European markets — from demand generation to brand. Success looks like efficient, compounding growth, a high-performing regional team, and marketing operating as a true commercial partner to product and sales.
What you will do
- Own P&L accountability for European marketing investments and outcomes
- Scale performance marketing, brand, and lifecycle programmes across the region
- Lead, develop, and retain a team of 50+ marketing professionals
- Partner with product and sales on integrated go-to-market strategies
- Establish regional operating rhythm, agency model, and martech stack
- Represent marketing in European leadership forums and HQ planning cycles

- Deep performance marketing expertise at scale (paid, CRM, SEO/ASO)
- Experience managing €50M+ budgets and teams of 30+ people
- Strong analytical mindset with fluency in attribution and incrementality
- Fluent English; additional European languages advantageous
