Role impact
You will set the standard for paid social across our global client portfolio — turning platform expertise and creative testing into scalable, profitable growth and mentoring specialists across the network.
What you will do
- Lead global paid social strategy and execution
- Manage large-scale budgets across Meta and TikTok ecosystems
- Drive creative testing, platform innovation, and audience strategy
- Collaborate with creative teams on breakthrough social campaigns
- Deliver insights on platform trends and algorithm changes
- Mentor paid social specialists across the network

- 7+ years deep experience in paid social advertising
- Expert-level knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads
- Proven ability to scale accounts profitably at $500K+/month
- Strong creative and testing mindset
- Experience working across multiple time zones and regions
