Role impact
As a trusted strategic advisor, you will quickly diagnose what's holding campaigns back and hand clients a clear, high-impact plan — raising the performance bar across multiple engagements in a short window.
What you will do
- Design and audit high-performing paid media strategies
- Conduct in-depth campaign diagnostics and optimization sprints
- Develop testing agendas and audience strategies for scaling
- Train internal teams and clients on best practices
- Deliver insights and recommendations through compelling presentations
- Support pitch and new business development efforts

Requirements
- 6+ years in performance marketing strategy roles
- Strong experience across Meta, Google, TikTok, and Programmatic
- Proven ability to deliver measurable improvements in ROAS/CAC
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in agency or consulting environments preferred
