About the company
A confidential Fortune 500 consumer brand with a household name in over 40 markets and multi-billion dollar annual revenue. Following a period of strong growth, the business is investing heavily in brand reinvention, digital commerce, and data-led marketing — and is appointing a CMO to lead that agenda from the executive team.
Role impact
This is the single most influential marketing appointment in the company. Success means a step-change in brand equity, a modern data-and-AI-enabled marketing operating model, and marketing recognised at board level as a core driver of profitable growth. The CMO's decisions will shape how hundreds of millions of consumers experience the brand.

Culture
An ambitious, high-trust executive culture that pairs commercial discipline with creative bravery. Leaders are expected to be decisive, collaborative across functions, and genuinely inclusive — building diverse teams and giving them room to do the best work of their careers.
